Internal Refurbishment and Fitting Out Projects: As a multi-tasking Principle Contractor we can undertake complete refurbishment and fit out projects, offering full design and planning services.
Partitioning and suspended ceilings.
Washrooms: To incorporate W.C. Cubicles, Duct Panels and Vanity Units inclusive of all necessary plumbing and Waste services. Ceramic Tiling or Altro smooth wall coverings are also included within our scope of works.
Acoustic Installations: This specialist requirement is becoming more integral in the design of specific areas such as dance and drama studios, music rooms, dining halls and I.T. Suites. We have the experience, working with our specialist engineers and manufacturers, to be able to offer general or bespoke environments.
Laboratories & Cleanrooms: To be designed around specific customer requirements to achieve critical standards and specifications inclusive of specialist laboratory benching and furniture. Specialist services such as provision of fume cupboards would also come within our remit.
Fire Protection: Recent fire audits on educational establishments have shown that this is a necessary priority. We specialise in meeting these regulations including fire door upgrades and fire partitioning.
Design and Planning: To include Space Planning, Building Regulations Approval and Planning Permission.
Accessibility: The introduction of recent Accessibility (DDA) and Health & Safety legislation dictates the workplace requires modification to satisfy these requirements.
Electrical Services: Lighting, Power, Fire Detection and Intruder Alarms.
Environmental Control: To include Air Conditioning and Ventilation.
Plumbing & Heating and associated Drainage.
Technology: To include Telecoms and Data wiring up to Cat 5e and beyond to the latest Cat. 6 standards.
